[ITK Community] [Insight-developers] SCIFIO module tests failing

Hi all,

Tests for the remote SCIFIO module have been failing since Oct 30 (2 days
ago):
http://open.cdash.org/testSummary.php?project=2&name=ITKSCIFIOImageIOTest&date=2013-10-31

I don't think it's related to any branches merged at that point:
http://open.cdash.org/viewUpdate.php?buildid=3080416
as I've tested commits from several days earlier (~Oct 22) and they
continue to fail with the same errors.

The remote module repo hasn't changed, and the JAR files that are part of
the module build are downloaded and verified by MD5, so those haven't
changed either.
