Hi

I have the same problem with Zeiss .lsm files (from a LSM 710 confocal), I converted the files from .lsm to .tiff with ImageJ/FIJI.
I guess you are in the same situation, looking at your filenames (GFP … can only come from a fluorescence microscope :))

There was a bug report opened some time ago : http://cmake.org/Bug/view.php?id=8872

So, it seems some code needs to be written to implement these SuppressTIFFWarningsOn()/SuppressWarningsOff() methods.
