[Community] [Insight-users] "too many samples map outside..." - ImageRegistration5

Hello all,

I've recently tried to apply ImageRegistration5 (example in ITK) to some 2D
MRI vtk data, but I get the familiar

"MeanSquaresImageToImageMetric: Too many samples map outside the moving
image buffer: 0/23940" error.

I've seen this discussed previously, and I have tried to address the
optimization scales, initial transform parameters, but I continue to get
this error.

Does the "0/23940" part of the error give any indication that something is
wrong at a basic level?

Thanks,
