[Community] [Insight-users] ITK 4.4.2 compiles error with visual studio 2010 and CMake-2.8.12

Hi All,

   My compilation of ITK 4.4.2 has some errors. I think this issue has come
up with the following post:
http://www.itk.org/pipermail/insight-developers/2012-June/021816.html. But
I did not see a good solution yet.
