[Community] [Insight-users] 2D registration in all planes

Dear all,

I'm doing a 2D registration of CT images in the transversal plane, and I would like to propagate the results of the registration to the Sagital and Coronal planes of my Volume.

Do I need to perform the registration in each plane independently? Or there is a way to update the other planes?

I've also tried to do the 3D registration, but I don't like the results very much...
