[Community] help with installing ITK

Hi all,

i'm new with ITK, and i'm trying to install it on my laptop. I don't
understand why it doesn't work, can you help me?
I follow this step:
1. download InsightToolkit-4.2.2.zip and unzip it
2. download cmake-2.8.11.2-win32-x86 and unzip it
3. create a folder ITK, with three different subfolders: source (where i
put the unzipped file from 1.), build and cmake (where i put the unzip from
2.)
4. run cmake-gui, with browse source = source folder and browse build =
build
5.Configure (compilator: Visual Studio 10)
6. Select only ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES and configure again
7. Generate (here i have a warning, see the picture below. I ignore it)
8 Open Itk.sln and then compile it
When i try to debug, or to debug without running, an error occur: Visual
Studio doesn't find ALL_BUILD.
Can you help me?
