Hi,
That is what the BoundingBoxImageLabelMapFilter is suppose to do. It crops an axis aligned bounding box around a label in the label map infrastructure.
What are you trying to do?
And why did you try this approach?
There is the MaskImageFilter[1] that may suit your needs.
