[ITK Community] [Insight-users] Obtaining Real Result from Inverse Fourier Transform

Following directions from  this thread

recompiled as follows:

$ cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug ../src
$ make

Then according to  this video <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCtY--xRUyI>  
I used the gdb command line tool to step through the code and got this
error:

Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not access memory.
Reason: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at address: 0x0000000000000000
0x0000000100015588 in main (argc=3, argv=0x7fff5fbffab8) at
/Users/Davis/Desktop/ITKExamples/00_Pipeline/04_harp/src/FFT.cxx:246
246	    fftInverseFilter->SetInput( maskedShiftFilter->GetOutput() );

I hope this is the information you were asking for--if not, please let me
know and I'll try again.
