If not now, when?  Those warnings have been there for many many months, adding unwanted yellow to the dashboard.  Besides, it's something I can help with.  Fixing Windows issues is not something I know anything about.  And the ITK_USE_SYSTEM_ZLIB link error needs someone that knows CMake, which is not me either.
