[Cmb-users] SMTK in CMB

Hi All,

I don’t think it makes sense to have CMB Master to point to a Sha1 on SMTK’s Release Branch - I think it makes more sense to have it point to a Sha1 that is reachable from SMTK Master.  So starting with my latest commit this is what it is going to be.

When CMB 4.0 is officially out we will then also update SMTK’s release V1 branch and have the CMB release 4 branch point to it.
