What might make more sense is to have a CMBWorkflows sub-directory so the ModelBuilder package would look like:

ModelBuilder 4.0.0 directory  would contain:
ModelBuilder Workflows

CMB-Hydra 4.0 would contain
PointsBuilder SceneBuilder ModelBuilder MeshViewer Workflows

If this is possible then in terms of workflows files

ModelBuilder would have Hydra, Dakota and if we have some simple templates and Python scripts

CMB Hydra would have 
Proteus and Surface Water
