This doesn't even start to describe the differences between these two
tarballs :/ . Using ParaView's is the way to go.

Some Qt4 bug on Windows reported by KEU(?). I haven't seen the bug
though (well, with as much as I run Windows, maybe that's not
surprising).

I think Python is different between the two (bzip2 shell scripts removed
from the CMB one?). The tarball name should be fixed to be more
descriptive (they're 2.7.3 with numpy, bzip2, zlib, freetype, and
matplotlib included).

For cgm -> oce -> ftgl depchain.
