[CMake] Cmake 3.5.0 and Fortran submodule cannot be built

Hi,

Fortran submodules are contained in a file with the extension .smod instead of .mod. At least for Intel Fortran. It may very well be that this feature is not yet supported by CMake. Unfortunately I have not yet had the opportunity to run into this problem ;).

Regards,

Arjen
