[CMake] Install from a source directory with ExternalProject

For the moment, option B sounds better for me. :)

I think it could be helpful to be able to disable the uncompression step of ExternalProject_Add, 
or to control it with a variable named UNCOMPRESSION_COMMAND or something similar.
