[CMake] Ignoring Visual Studio 2015 warnings in .inl files

Ok, it seems like the .inl files aren't the cause of the problem. I can
ignore all warnings in the whole project but it just partially works for
subfolders. I guess it was just a coincidence that all *.h*, *.c* warnings
were ignored and .inl remained in my case.
