[CMake] Error in Cmake Installation

Hi All,

While installing cmake using below option, I am facing the error in step 3.

Step1:  ./bootstarp
Step2: make
step: make install

Error after step 3:

*CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:36 (file): file INSTALL cannot set
permissions on   "/usr/local/doc/cmake-3.1/Copyright.txt"*

How to overcome this issue ?
