is '.' in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH and/or /etc/ld.config?

otherwise 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. ./LLAPI_TestApp' should work... or export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. for a more semi-permanent solution?
