[CMake] moc is not rebuilding when included metadata.json is changed

Hi CMake mailing list

In the attached example project metadata.json is included in plugin.h
by moc and the build is controlled using automoc. When the json file
is changed this should trigger a rerun of moc and a rebuild of the
plugin, but it doesn't.

How can I change CMakeLists.txt such that the rebuild will be triggered?
