[CMake] CMP0053: Unable to refer to $ENV{PROGRAMFILES(X86)}

I stumbled over the same issue earlier[1].

What should work is something like

	set(MYENV "PROGRAMFILES(X86)")

	...

	"$ENV{${MYENV}}/Visual Leak Detector"
