[CMake] Issues compiling cmake

Hello All,
I am running SL 6.6 and it comes with Qt 4.6.2 pre-installed.  I have compiled Qt 4.8.6 on the system and am trying to build cmake-3.1.0-rc2 using the 4.8.6 binaries, but the bootstrap is finding the 4.6.2 binaries instead.  I have set the environmental variables QTDIR, QTLIB, QTINC and LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to the complied Qt 4.8.6 binaries, but the bootstrap indicates that I am using Qt 4.6.2 instead, what am I missing?
