[CMake] Error when bootstrapping CMake

Hi,

I am using a bootstrapped Synology 112j for building cmake 3.0.1, but the following error appears:

make: `cmake' is up to date.

CMake Error at Utilities/cmcurl/CMake/OtherTests.cmake:89 (MESSAGE):
