[CMake] XP toolset for VC++2012

I may be missing something but I don't see an option to set this in 
cmake-gui yet either.
As far as I understand it setting CMAKE_GENERATOR_TOOLSET by manually 
adding it to the cache in cmake-gui should not work.

The only way to currently set it (as far as I can see) is by using the 
-T option for the cmake command line client.
