[CMake] [CDash] Set program path on the client-side, with client.cdash.xml <program>

This is how it appears in ctestscript.cdash

SET(CLIENT_EXECUTABLE_GIT "C:/Program Files/Git/bin/git.exe")
SET(CLIENT_EXECUTABLE_GIT_1_7 "C:/Program Files/Git/bin/git.exe")
