[CMake] Windows NSIS installer shared libraries

I think something like
if( NOT UNIX )
install( TARGETS x RUNTIME DESTINATION bin
   LIBRARY DESTINATION bin
   ARCHIVE DESTINATION lib
)
else()
if( NOT UNIX )
