[CMake] LNK1104 Cannot open 'lv.simplon.lib'

Hi, I am new to Cmake and im having a trouble compiling my project with
Simplon library, Qt4, and PCL.
I keep getting this error message "LNK1104 Cannot open 'lv.simplon.lib'"
Any ideas?
