[CMake] fixup_bundle and output dirs

I'm running fixup_bundle on macosx to fix up bundles and make them
standalone for distribution. I've got mostly Qt libraries and different
internal and external dependencies.
For some reason ALL dependencies except for Frameworks are copied into the
program.app/Contents/MacOS directory, any chance I can change this?
It would be better if internal and external libraries (dylibs) goes into
"program.app/Contents/lib" and Qt plugins in "program.app/Contents/Plugins".
Anyone?
