[CMake] CMake Tools for Visual Studio 1.0 Released!

More or less.  I'll be adding support for VS 2013 once it's released.

Turns out I had uninstalled 2012, which CMake Tools does support. Adding
support for 2013 seems as simple as copy & paste in
source.extension.vsixmanifest.
