[CMake] CMake Tools for Visual Studio 1.0 Released!

Having received no bug reports for RC3, I've finalized the 1.0 release of
CMake Tools for Visual Studio, which provides syntax highlighting and
IntelliSense support for CMake.  It is available for download from the
project web site at http://cmaketools.codeplex.com.  Enjoy!
