[CMake] Visual 2012 Express Solution Folders

Solution folders are now supported in Visual Studio Express 2012.
They are only displayed, cannot be modified, but yet they are supported.
Would be good to allow generating them by Cmake then...

Here is the patch to enable back support for Solution Folders by CMake in
Visual Studio Express 2012:
(would be nice to see that in next CMake release )
