[CMake] CMake 2.8.9 is coming soon

We plan to build and upload the CMake 2.8.9 release in the very near future
(release candidate 2 is out right now), and have scheduled a short webinar
about the features in the new release for next Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at
10:15 am Eastern time.
