[CMake] Import/export issue with shared library

Hi again,

I created a little example that shows the problem. It won't actually
compile anything but it should help in understanding my problem.

Again, I would like to be able to build each project individually,
i.e. A, B as well as SomeProject. The provided code configures A and B
but not SomeProject and once I modify SomeProject such that it works,
project B does not work anymore.
