[CMake] Cmake 2.8.9 : finding boost library files

I don't know if it is related to this last bugfix:

The problem is that i downloaded CMake 2.8.9 Win32 Installer about an hour
ago, so I'm not sure if this bugfix is in or not - so I don't know if it
fixes my problem.
