[CMake] Question about IMPORTED_LINK_INTERFACE_LIBRARIES property

Are link flags allowed in the IMPORTED_LINK_INTERFACE_LIBRARIES property for imported targets the same way TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES allows link flags?
