Dear all,

I have the same problem as described before: I use Visual Studio 2010 and
also Intel Fortran compiler 12. This gives the same error (unresolved
external symbol _mainCRTStartup). Is this something that can be "bypassed"
somehow? or is there any plan to include this in version 2.9?
