[CMake] Setting target destination and rpath per generator

Yes you are right, but we may have expected that
"CMAKE_INSTALL_RPATH" may be used at INSTALL time
just like "CMAKE_INSTALL_DO_STRIP"  or "CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX" are.

That said, current status is one needs to build twice for fulfilling
the Daryl's needs.
