[CMake] Support for php5 in FIND_PACKAGE?

I have the latest released cmake installed, and there doesn't appear
to be support for FIND_PACKAGE to find php5. php4 seems to be
supported however. Am I missing something or does somebody just need
to write a FindPHP5.cmake?
