[CMake] generate multiple packages the easiest way

Yes the CPACK_GENERATOR is a list so:

SET(CPACK_GENERATOR "NSIS;ZIP")

should work the same is true for source package:

SET(CPACK_SOURCE_GENERATOR "ZIP;TGZ")
