[CMake] possible bug VS2010 generation project

We have tentatively scheduled the first release candidate for CMake
2.8.4 on Wed. Jan. 12, 2011.

Also, we hope to make it a short "rc cycle" and have the final release
of 2.8.4 out within 2 weeks of that time.

So keep your eyes open for announcement emails in January.
