[CMake] QNX Cross compiling give internal error ... ?

I just tried using cmake-2.8.0-rc1 and it works with no further changes.

no, changing Qnx to QNX does not help.

The system name should be "QNX", not "Qnx", because the name of the file in 
cmake is Modules/Platforms/QNX.cmake.

Does that help already ?
