Well, you have hit a hard limit for the command line on windows...  You 
are going to have to break your code down into smaller bits...

One hack I can think of that might work is to use #include to 
consolidate some of the .c files.


BigFile.c

#include "file1.c"
#include "file2.c"
....
#include "fileN.c"
