[CMake] CPack with NSIS

I'm trying to use CPack to install a target at:

C:\Program Files\<Vendor>\<Package> 

but it seems that CPack only allows me to do:

C:\Program Files\<Package> 

Any ideas how to create that extra directory hierarchy?
