[CMake] Archive Flags

Hello,I'm building a static library on AIX with ar command. I need to pass
"-X 64" flag to ar command to build it in 64 bit mode.

I tried different options to do this but failed. Ultimately I resorted to
changing the automatically generated link.txt file to change the command
line. But this is not an ideal solution. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
