[CMake] Pre-Compiled Headers

Hi All,

I need to use a pre-compiled header.

I think that I recall that CMake is not yet equipped to handle this.

I found thought a Google search that SET_SOURCE_FILES_PROPERTIES might  
be the way to go.

Has anyone implemented PCH and have an example, advice, etc?
