[CMake] ccmake .

Once again: I am calling 'ccmake .', 'cmake-gui.' or 'make edit_cache' 
just to inspect the build settings. I quit with no changes saved.
Then 'make' rebuilds the project, which is an obvious bug or *extremely* 
unexpected behavior.
