[CMake] Help on how to handle the name of a object file?

Ok, the problem has been resolved.

The setting

SET(CMAKE_D_OUTPUT_EXTENSION_REPLACE 1)

should be placed in CMakeDCompiler.cmake.in.

After more tests, I'll submit my D module for CMake.
