[CMake] "Combo Box" cache variables

I think it would be useful to have a "combo box" type for cache variables.
This would allow the user to select from a list of pre-defined values in the
cmake-gui application. I'm not sure how this would work on other platforms,
but I would be interested in hearing what people think about this. If there
is already a way of doing this please let me know.
