[CMake] Precompiled headers

Hi all.

Im kind of confused whether cmake does support pre-compiled headers
natively or not...

I have googled this and found some email around 2007 where various
suggestions was proposed, but I cant see it in the most recent
versions?

So is there are portable way of handling this in cmake?
