[CMake] Add a library path

Hi all,

Is there a command like INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES to add a path to a library ?
I tried LINK_DIRECTORIES( ${LINK_DIRECTORIES} ./cots/shapelib/ ) but it does
not seem to work.
