[CMake] Only one target becomes verbose in the makefile

Of course you can run cmake initially with -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE=TRUE or 
run ccmake/CMakeStup/make edit_cache, turn on displaying Advanced variables, 
and change its value in cache.
