[CMake] compiling cmake on aix 5.1 and 5.3

Try this

#check out a fresh CMake CVS

cd CMake
export FC=xlf
export CC=xlc
export CXX=xlC
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make Experimental

That should work, if you set FC, CC, and CXX then the tests will use 
those compilers.
